In this session, Jordan Redshaw shares how to manage marketing and communications during a crisis.
Jordan works at NATIONAL Public Relations in 2018 after spending more than six years working for municipal governments in Ontario and Alberta. He spent more than three years working at the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo, where his most notable contributions included leading municipal communications during the 2016 Horse River Wildfire response and leading all recovery-related communications as the Communications Manager of the Recovery Task Force.
